Personnel Data Form   (Instructions)

This demo is an Access 2000 database on a server that stores personnel data.

There are 2 forms.  This is the first form to find the person.  A second form is to edit data.  Enter the individual's password to edit part of the data.  Enter the Administrator's password to edit all data.  Leave the names blank and enter the Administrator's password (Admin) to go to a new entry. 

To use this Demo enter Admin as the password and leave the other entries blank and then press the Find Individual button.  Then create a new entry (Last Name, First Name and Password are required).  Return to this page and enter the Last Name, First Name and Password and press the Find Individual button.  You then see only some of the Text Boxes enabled.  Feel free to add as many entries as desired.

This is a Demo.  Do not use real data.  Passwords are not hidden.  There is trival Security in this application.  Excellent Security can be obtained using the Windows NT security and applying it to the real application.
